Reviews one and two are totally screwed up! I had my car worked on last month at Cape Coral Automotive and I received excellent service. Yes, there were extra fees added on to the bill, but they were all completely necessary. The manager, Cory, worked on my BMW and it has never worked better. I had gone for a simple oil change and wanted to have my engine looked at because something just wasn't working right. I had gone to other car repair services, but none indicated the source of the problem. At CCA I was told that something behind or beneath my engine had burned through. After being recently ripped off by other local car repair shops, I was skeptical, so I asked to see what had been replaced...Sure enough, if Cory hadn't seen the problem, I would have been putting myself, my friends, and my family in a hazardous situation. Stay away from this shop. They claim to be specialists for foreign cars, e. g. BMW, Mercedes, etc. They are in over their head. They have no or very little clue. They also put in after-market parts that shouldn't go into these cars. They say they will save you a bundle, in the end, however, you end up paying more and with a lot aggravation. Don't ever go there!

I went there to get some work done on my car and it was the worst experience don't let the nice store fool you they will be very nice to you till you give up your keys they will charge you for work you never asked for then hold your car till you pay for the work it was spoused to be a one hour job took about 3 days and about $900 over the price he said it was going to be then when i asked the owner about the price difference after he said a few racist slurs he actually grabbed me by my collar hes a real ahole i think he must have some man hood issues or something STAY AWAY at all costs
